_voiceless in berlin

after a short consultaion with dr. google, i have diagnosed myself with acute laryngitis. i’m treating it with ridiculous amounts of tea and no talking. i’m determined to regain my voice by 2 o’clock tomorrow for my flight home. went on a walk and found myself in the berlin zoo. i saw maybe 40 different kinds of monkeys, a hippo in the water, a hippo on land, six female elephants, a duck and a hoarse leopard. he was pacing his cage, trying to roar (do leaopards roar?) and all that came out was a squeak. i wanted to tell him i relate.
